It is strongly recommended that you review the guidance provided in the link below before you use this payment system for the first time, as well as button-specific guidance in the left hand column in the below table of buttons.

Helpful Guidance for Using TBI's PayPal System

This button is used to sign up for the upcoming Erev Rosh Hashanah Dinner on Sunday, September 20, at 6:00pm. Details can be found in the Scribe or in any of the weekly emails. Use the dropdown for selecting the type and quantity of places that you would like to reserve.
Erev Rosh Hashana Dinner - Sept 20; 6:00 pm:

This button is used for the purchase of High Holiday tickets (non-members). We ask for your phone number so that the Temple Office may contact you to obtain the names of individuals who will be using these tickets.

While we do not charge a set fee for High Holiday tickets, a minimum donation of $250 per adult is suggested. (Please figure the total cost for the number of tickets you intend to purchase and enter that total where requested.) If you are a first-time guest, please call the Temple Office at (630)892-2450 to sign up for complimentary tickets. This also applies to unaccompanied local college and IMSA students, even if you have previously attended High Holiday services at the Temple.

This button is used to facilitate your donation to one of the High Holiday traditions of the Temple, sponsored by our Sisterhood: New Year’s greeting card, Yizkor Memorial Booklet, and our post-Yom Kippur Break the Fast. Use the dropdown menu to make your selection. Minimum suggested donation amounts are as follows:


Each New Year’s Greeting listing: $10
Each Yizkor Booklet name: $5
Break the Fast: $25

This button is used if you wish to make a donation that will contribute to the Temple’s General Fund, which is used for our day-to-day operation. Use the dropdown menu to select the donation program under which you would like to donate. There is a space for indicating anyone, or perhaps a special occasion that your donation is in honor or memory of. Also, if you intend for your donation to be applied toward a specific operating expense, there is a space for you to indicate this. Later in the PayPal payment page there will be a place to leave any message you may have for the Temple office, concerning your donation.

This button is used for making one-time payments for members’ dues, building fund assessments, or Religious School tuition. Use the dropdown menu to select your choice. This button is used if you wish to contribute to our Sisterhood, or to one of the programs overseen by our Sisterhood: the sponsorship of a Friday night Oneg Shabbat, or toward the community gift that we present to our Bar/Bat Mitzvot in recognition of their achievements and to extend the good wishes of the Temple community. Use the dropdown menu to make your selection. Also, there are spaces for you to fill in important relevant data. Minimum suggested donation amounts are as follows:
Friday night oneg sponsorship: $20
Community gift for Bar/Bat Mitzvah: $5 per name

Later in the PayPal payment page there will be a place to leave any message you may have for the Temple office, concerning your donation, including Oneg dates or Bar/Bat Mitzvah names that could fit into the designated spaces. If you are giving more than the minimum suggestion, it is much appreciated. But please let the Temple Office know that is your intention.

This button is used if you wish for the Temple to procure an honor or memorial plaque for a loved one, or for a special occasion, under one of our three plaque programs: Tree of Life in the Foyer, Memorial Plaques in the Chapel, and Timeless Tribute plaques on seat backs both in the Main Sanctuary and in the Chapel.
